The course quantifies reliability, design, production, life cycle, environmental, and safety factors so they can be assessed.

Additional business/management related factors are also covered.

Weighting risk factors and the use of risk multipliers is introduced.

Risk mitigation strategies are covered in a follow-on course.

This course includes a multiple choice quiz at the end.
