Course Overview

Project management is both an art and a science. It is an essential skill for professionals in the construction and manufacturing industries. Successful project management requires team leadership and coordination, diligent project planning, and effective oversight of the delivery process. This introductory level course on project management includes the history of project management, project management approaches, project management topics, and common management terminology you should know.
