Charles Palmer, PE, has over 26 years of experience in water resources and public water supply. From 1976 to 1978, he worked as a Water Resource Engineer for a state agency evaluating Water Use Permits for public water supply and agriculture. In 1978 he joined the West Coast Regional Water Supply Authority where he was responsible for in-house engineering and Project Engineer/Project Manager for numerous public water supply projects. In 1998, he formed his own consulting engineering firm specializing in small to medium public water supply systems and related water resource projects. Mr. Palmer is a Professional Engineer; a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers; and a Member of the American Water Works Association. He holds both Master of Science in Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
