Mr. McLaughlin is a graduate of the University of Florida Department of Civil Engineering. He holds a Professional Engineer License in Florida, a Federal Communications Commission Broadcast Engineer License, and has worked in construction since 1972. He has been involved in all aspects of the construction industry from horizontal to vertical, sewage systems, water transmission systems, storm water design and construction, traffic signals, and highway engineering design and construction. He has authored several professional engineering license renewal courses as well as having
participated in the APWA.
