Mr. Ciampitti is a principal engineer of the firm Ciampitti Associates, P.C. Ciampitti Associates, P.C. was formed in 2001 to provide professional civil engineering, strategic planning and environmental permit consulting services to governmental and private clients. Mr. Ciampitti also manages all engineering and planning projects for the Media, Pennsylvania Office.

Mr. Ciampitti has over 15 years of experience in projects in South Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania consisting of residential and commercial subdivision design; commercial office, retail and industrial site plan design; road design; gravity and pressurized sanitary sewer collection system design; water distribution system design; hydraulic and hydrologic studies; cost estimating; construction inspection; footings, foundation and retaining wall design. Mr. Ciampitti’s responsibilities also include presentation of projects before planning, zoning and local governing bodies throughout the region.
In addition, Mr. Ciampitti has obtained related experience through necessary project coordination with other related professionals, i.e. traffic engineers, landscape architects, architects, real estate attorneys, surveyors and environmental scientists. Mr. Ciampitti has designed and managed over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial, commercial, retail and office projects and over 2,000 residential dwelling units while with the company.
