Mr. Lisiewski is a senior engineering and technology executive with nearly 30 years of diverse industry experience spanning renewable energy, product development, regulated medical devices, and industrial systems. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, he holds a Professional Engineer license (DE, MD, NCEES) and NABCEP PVIP Certification. His career includes vice president- and director-level leadership of global engineering, operations, and product organizations, with responsibility for embedded electronics, firmware, cloud-connected platforms, and large cross-functional teams. Mr. Lisiewski brings deep expertise in electrical engineering, quality management systems, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovation across hardware, software, and energy infrastructure. In February 2026, he completed the Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
