Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) is a suite of "systems and practices that restore and maintain natural hydrologic processes in order to reduce the volume and water quality impacts of stormwater runoff." In this course, you will learn how to move from 'gray infrastructure' to 'green infrastructure' through infiltration, evapotranspiration, storage, and reuse. In addition, you will learn how New York City and Seattle promote their green stormwater infrastructure programs. This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of course materials.
