Randall W. Whitesides, P.E.
The subject of independent, or third party, home/building inspections as a formalized method of information delivery has received increased interest in the last several years. Issues range from the qualifications, certification, and licensing of independent inspectors to proper conduct of these inspectors in the interaction with buyers and sellers of real property. This web-based course will assist Professional Engineers, Home Inspectors, and Building Code Enforcement Officials in becoming familiar with the NABIE and its programs and Standards of Practice. This course includes a multiple choice quiz at the end.
