This 1 PDH course spreadsheet can be used to calculate the: Volume and Weight capacities of a range of bulk materials elevated by bucket elevators.
The calculations will facilitate the initial design and engineering of three types of bucket elevators: Centrifugal, Continuous, and High Speed.
When various factors are typed into the Input cells, Excel will calculate results automatically. In addition, the powerful what-if tool, "Goal Seek" can be used to optimize each calculation.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
