Lawrence P. Duss, PE
This introduction course to Earned Value Management is intended to provide a basic understanding of how a project is scheduled and base-lined for cost and time and then periodically tracked to measure progress against that baseline. Any schedule and cost variances determined at the periodic updates can then be evaluated to identify corrective measures minimizing the negative cost and/or schedule variances.
The course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of course materials.
