As a leader or manager, motivating your team is likely to be high on your agenda. Your team members’ motivation levels can have an impact on their productivity, the quality of their work, their engagement, morale and their relationships with others. Through this course, you will learn various motivational strategies to help your team members grow and develop. Besides financial incentives, effective leaders/managers can utilize non-monetary rewards and recognition to motivate your employees. In addition, open and honest communication will help secure your employees’ buy-in in your organization's endeavors.
The course has a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
