Project management is both an art and a science. It is an essential skill for professionals in construction and manufcturing industries. Successful project management requires team leadership and coordination, diligent project planning, and effective oversight of the delivery process. This introductory level course on project management includes the history of the project management, project management approaches, project management topics, and common management terminology you should know. You will benefit greatly by applying some of the project management principles and tips contained in this course to your projects. This course includes a multiple choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials
NY PE & PLS: You must choose courses that are technical in nature or related to matters of laws and ethics contributing to the health and welfare of the public. NY Board does not accept courses related to office management, risk management, leadership, marketing, accounting, financial planning, real estate, and basic CAD.
