Course Outline

This course is intended to be a basic understanding of how nuclear energy is used to produce energy.  It will provide an overview of the commercial nuclear power industry in the United States. 

This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.

Course Introduction

With a rebirth of nuclear power being discussed and planned, many people may be considering employment in this field but may have little understanding of the nuclear industry.  Likewise, they do not have a feeling for the size or dimensions of the industry.  This course will provide an overview of these issues to clarify them.
