Course Outline

This two-hour course is designed as an introduction for management and technical personnel in business, industry association management, government, and public policy; university faculty and students; engineers, quality control and purchasing staff; consumers; and those new to organizations that develop standards. This course consists of 6 lessons.

This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
