What Is Lean and Where Do I Start?

Course Outline

Lean operation is all about adding value and removing waste. This webinar discusses “lean” as a management strategy that seeks to improve operational performance in terms of customer satisfaction, cost, quality, and delivery by focusing on the customer and eliminating waste, variability and inflexibility. In this session, we will learn from nationally recognized experts on lean operations and manufacturing. In addition, we will reveal some lean strategies applicable to engineering consulting business. This is an excellent opportunity to get the kick start you need on your Lean journey.

This course includes a multiple choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.

Course Summary
