PDH Center Offers New York Board Approved Live-Online Courses

PDH Center recently became an approved continuing education provider in the state of New York. Professional engineers and land surveyors that are registered in NY State need to have a minimum of 18 hours (16 hours for LS) of continuing education through live courses for their license renewal. We offer Board approved web-based live courses so that our users can meet the live course requirements in the most efficient and cost-effective way. For course offering and schedule, please check the "Live-Online Courses" category in our course library. For the balance of the continuing education requirement in a renewal cycle, NY PE and LS may take up to 18 hours (8 hours for LS) of our online courses. We have more than 400 NY Board pre-approved online courses for you to choose from. When it comes to Continuing Education for NY PE and LS, PDH Center has it all.

PDH Center Maintains Approved Provider Status

To ensure that PDH credits earned at PDH Center are acceptable to the state licensing boards, we have worked tirelessly to obtain and maintain our approved provider status in those states that have a pre-approval program. PDH Center is currently an approved continuing education provider by all the PE boards and by 90 percent of the PLS boards that require pre-approval.

For all other states that require mandatory continuing education, but do not pre-approve any continuing education provider or activity, our courses are acceptable because they comply with the Continuing Professional Competency Guidelines published by National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). We have an excellent track record in that no PDH credit earned at PDH Center has ever been rejected by any state board in the 6 years of our existence.
