PDH Center Adds Online Payment Options

PDH Center has expanded its online payment processing capacity by adding another credit card processor Authorize.net, which is very easy to use.  Authorize.net also fills the need of our users who wish to pay by American Express Corporate Cards and credit cards issued by overseas banks.  The combination of PayPal.com and Authorize.net makes our online credit card payment process much more flexible and user friendly.

PDH Center Courses Approved for PLS in FL, TN and NJ

PDH Center has recently become an approved course provider for professional land surveyors in the states of Florida, Tennessee and New Jersey. All the approved courses related to the land surveying are listed under the category of "Surveying and Mapping" in our course library.

Featured Course Provider - Randall Whitesides, PE

PDH Center is proud to have more than 70 industry experts as our course providers. The high caliber of our courses directly reflects the expertise and dedication of our providers. Today, we would like to introduce you to Mr. Randall Whitesides, one of our charter providers who made significant contribution to our course library. Mr. Whitesides, who is a Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) by the Association for Facilities Engineering and a graduate of Old Dominion University's School of Engineering, embarked on a nearly 30-year engineering industrial career with direct employments at Tenneco Inc., E. I. duPont deNemours, and the pharmaceutical concern Pfizer Incorporated. He is currently engaged in the private practice of Engineering and is the sole proprietor of the Engineering consulting firm of Randall W. Whitesides PE.  Mr. Whitesides maintains three separate Water Pollution Control Operator Certifications. He holds a license to practice engineering in several states.  Mr. Whitesides offers varieties of courses under the categories of HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanical Engineering, Chemical and Process Engineering, Surveying and Mapping, and General Engineering Topics.

To those whose license renewals are up, the following are some of the upcoming deadlines and the PDH requirements for your information:


AL (12/31/2003 for all licensees, 15 PDH credits, annual)

AR (12/31/2003 for all licensees, 15 PDH credits, annual)

MS (12/31/2003 for all licensees, 15 PDH credits, annual)

NV (01/01/2004 for 25% licensees, 30 PDH credits, biennial)

NM (12/31/2003 for 50% licensees, 30 PDH credits, biennial)

NC (12/31/2003 for all licensees, 15 PDH credits, annual)

OR (12/31/2003 for 25% licensees, 30 PDH credits, biennial)

If your state is not listed above, please check your renewal deadline and PDH requirements with your state licensing board.
