Integrity and good performance of the roof is paramount for the proper function of any house or building. Unfortunately, although the owner/landlord knows that the roof is up there protecting the premises and its contents, however, very rarely the owner or his designated representative bothers to climb up to the roof slopes and ascertain of the proper condition of the roofing surface.
In most instances, the roof endures the perils of the weather quietly and forgotten, that is, until a dreaded leak makes itself noticeable and catches everyone’s attention and takes first priority over all other conditions. That is a pity because likely the frenzy could have been prevented with the proper roof maintenance program.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
