This webinar will introduce Keller – North America's latest ground freezing techniques in geotechnical construction. Topics will include thermal properties of soils, mechanical properties of soils, design concepts of ground freezing, installation process of a ground freezing system, case history of access shaft in Buenos Aires, concepts of liquid nitrogen, case history of TBM recovery Port Mann, Vancouver, shaft freezing, tunnel freezing, and groundwater barriers.
