Timothy D. Blackburn has been practicing engineering in the Consultant and Owner arena since 1985. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Lee College of Engineering (UNCC), and holds a MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School (UNC-Chapel Hill). Additionally, he holds a Doctorate in Biblical Studies. He is a registered Professional Engineer in several states. Currently, he is the Director of Training and Continuous Improvement for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Richmond, VA; however, all opinions expressed are the author’s. He is a published author and a conference speaker. Tim is also pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering at the George Washington University.
